Informative Resources About Mental Health in Athletes
It takes a team
It takes a team to support an athlete. The “team” is not defined only by those who train and compete with the athlete. There is an extensive array of diverse professionals with expertise who provide support directly to the athlete as well as those who are immediately associated with training the athlete. A non-exhaustive selection of these organizations is listed below. Many of these organizations collaborate and partner to enrich the support provided to the athlete and athletic organizations.
